This workshop is designed for the person who has always wanted to paint or the artist who just wants to get back to the basics. Using still life setups the class will be working on basic design, values and color mixing. Every step will be demonstrated. However, this is not a paint-along class. You will enjoy painting your own unique picture. To have all supplies furnished for an additional $35, make this request when registering.

Janice has a degree in education and has taught for over thirty years. Her experience ranges from teaching first graders to adult continuing education classes. She has been teaching for Texas Instruments Art Club for 15 years and gives demonstrations and teaches workshops for art clubs in Texas and Arkansas. Janice is a member of the Oil Painters of America and a Signature member of Associated Creative Artist and Irving's Texas and Neighbor's Show. She was also named as one of the "Master Pastel Artists of the World" in the International Artists Magazine.
