This workshop is a continuation of Basic Oil Painting for Beginners. It is an opportunity for both beginner and skilled artists to reinforce and advance their painting skills. Still life set ups will be provided or students may bring their own landscape photos. There will also be an optional opportunity to be introduced to pastel painting.

Janice has a degree in education and has taught for over thirty years. Her experience ranges from teaching first graders to adult continuing education classes. She has been teaching for Texas Instruments Art Club for 15 years and gives demonstrations and teaches workshops for art clubs in Texas and Arkansas. Janice is a member of the Oil Painters of America and a Signature member of Associated Creative Artist and Irving's Texas and Neighbor's Show. She was also named as one of the "Master Pastel Artists of the World" in the International Artists Magazine.
