To Paint in the Clouds

Study will involve different types of skies and clouds to enhance your paintings. Learn about the different types of clouds, how to draw them, then how to paint them. Then move on to designing a scene to enhance cloud movement. Experiment with many different colors in the sky, sunsets, stormy weather, and big puffy clouds. Some time will be spent outside, weather permitting.

Different Strokes

What brush would you use for a rough, rocky creek or smooth glass? Not all brushes make the strokes you need. Practice with many different types of brush strokes. Learn which brushes to work with and when to use them in a painting. Some time will be spent outside painting weather permitting.

Charlotte Curry is a well-recognized landscape artist who has been painting for over 30 years. Her paintings are noted for their ability to capture light and atmosphere. Charlotte's paintings hang in both private and corporate collections throughout the world. Her work has also been featured in national publications.
