Tuition: $425.00
This is a general sculpting class open
to adults of all ability levels. Using a
live model, related topics will center
around sculpting an 18” human form. One
day will include a trip to The Museum of
Western Art and a nearby bronze foundry.
Elements and principles of design as
well as scale conversion will be taught.
Students will be encouraged and assisted
in doing research on their own.
Jeff Gottfried recently received the
Cowboy Artist’s of America Founder’s
award for Emerging Artist and the
Phippen Family Award for 2007. His
artwork is shown nationally and he is a
passionate instructor. He has also
completed several commissioned pieces
and is a resident artist of The Whistle
Pik Gallery in Fredericksburg, TX.
