During this fun workshop, students will be encouraged to pursue their own original style while working with the water media of their choice. Emphasis will be on discovering originality and creativity within. This is not a “paint-along, do as the teacher does” class. The focus will be on “loosening up” both in application of the media and in creative thinking. There will be a demonstration in the mornings and students work in the afternoon. If you wish, bring reference material.

Jerry Seagle graduated with honors from the University of Texas, Austin, with a BFA in painting. He received a graduate fellowship to further his studies at the University of the Americas in Mexico City. Seagle relies on the strength of design and rich color to create his bold compositions.
