INTRODUCTION TO GOURD ART 101
March 15, 2006; 9 am - 3 pm
This is a beginning class. Students will be
provided with a cleaned, drilled gourd that will
be formed into a pot. It will be stained the
color of your choice, sealed and a pine needle
rim will be added. A supply kit is available for
purchase from the instructor at the workshop.

GOURD ART DOLLS
April 19, 2006; 10 am - 3 pm
The project for this class will be a wrapped art
doll. A polyclay face will be formed and baked
in class, then attached to the gourd. The doll
will be wrapped, dressed, painted, etc. A supply
kit is available for purchase from the
instructor at the workshop.
