Blue is the theme for our 2007 annual membership
show. Members, old and new, may display artwork in
this show. A sampling of all media is anticipated.
Viewers may vote for their favorite piece of work.
The piece receiving the most votes will be purchased
for addition to the HCAF permanent collection.
Call For Entries
The Annual Hill Country Arts Foundation Members’
Show is open to all 2007 members. Each artist may
enter one piece of artwork for an entry fee of $5.
It is the intention of HCAF to display all entries;
however, any artwork larger than 72” will be
included pending space availability. Entry forms
will be available at the time of delivery.
The theme will be blue. “The Blue Show” is open to
all media, styles and techniques.
All work should be properly prepared for display.
Two-dimensional work should be appropriately framed
and equipped with wire hangers.
Artists may join or renew their membership at the
time of delivery.
A $500 purchase award will be presented to one
artist who will be selected as the people’s choice.
Viewers will place written votes during the
exhibition. Votes will be tabulated and the award
will be announced on February 5, 2007. In the event
that the people’s choice is not available for the
award, the award will go to the artist with the next
highest votes.
Entries should be delivered to the Gallery at 120
Point Theatre Road South in Ingram, Texas.
Delivery Dates: January 4 and 5, 2007, 10 am - 4 pm
Show Opens: January 10, 2007
Reception: January 13, 2007, 4 pm – 6 pm
Show Closes: February 3, 2007
Award Announced: February 5, 2007
Pick Up Artwork: February 5, 2007
