What happens if it rains?-The theatre director or the technical director has the authority to call a show due to inclement weather. The show will not be called before the show begins. The directors have the option to hold the show in the hopes that the weather will improve. If the show is cancelled, your ticket for that night's show will serve as your raincheck to a future production of your choice.

Do you offer online reservations?-We are not set up to offer online reservations at this time. To make reservations, please call us at (830)367-5121 or (800)459-4223.
Will you move the show inside due to rain?-We cannot move the show indoors due to seating and space limitations. The Indoor Theatre seats approximately 150 patrons, whereas the Outdoor Theatre seats around 730 patrons.
If I need to cancel my tickets, can I get a refund?-Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. You may however have your tickets changed to another night of the current show or have them moved to another show by contacting the box office.
Can we reserve certain seats in the Indoor Theatre?-Seating is first come, first serve in the Indoor Theatre. The Indoor Theatre at the Point allows for several seating configurations. Normally, this seating configuration changes for every show, therefore it is very difficult and time consuming to create a new seating chart for every performance that we have indoors.
